December 10th at Trespa New York Design Center
Nominations for the USGBC New York 2009 Executive Board are in and will be formally announced following the Nominating Committee Meeting on Monday December 1st. Please plan to attend our Annual Holiday Party and Members Meeting, where nominees will give brief introductions, and Russell Unger will update us on the Chapter's activities and progress. If you are a member of both USGBC New York and USGBC National, come shape the future of green building by casting your ballot. First Wednesday Technical Roundtable: Retrocommissioning
December 3rd at Baruch College
A detailed discussion of the benefits and challenges of Retrocommissioning in New York City. Our panel, to be finalized over the next few days, will include a building owner with significant retrocommissioning experience, a commissioning agent, a building automation controls provider and a represent of New York City. Presentation is from 8am-9am. Buy tickets.

USGBC New York's Emerging Green Builders are hosting their third annual recruiting event and corporate showcase. High Performance Building Salon: AIA Headquarters Renovation, Chasing the 2030 Challenge

Recent renovations to the AIA headquarters, led by Marnique Heath, Associate Principal of STUDIOS Architecture, have made the building carbon neutral.
